Consolidated XL provides comprehensive drill-down functionality. Simply highlight a cell with figures derived by Consolidated XL functions, and under the “Chart” or “Trans” menu, the task pane will show a chart showing the turnover history or the transactions that make up the highlights figure. Click on the Chart columns also drills down into Transactions Detail.

Areas you can use Drill Down
  • GL Accounts - View History, Year On Year, Segments (breakdown of GL Group in Pie Chart), and Cost Centre break down.
  • Age Debt - View Age Debt breakdown, and forecast payment based on Contact or Company Average Pay days.
  • Customer/Vendor - View Turnover History or Year On Year.
  • Stock Item - View Sales/Purchase Turnover, Qty, Margin, Profit in History, Year On Year, and Cost Centre break down.

Formating Options

Drill down to Quick Charts to see trends
Pie Chart broken down into Cost Centres
Use [Options] menu to copy charts and paste into e-mail etc.

Formating Options

Drill down to Journals for selected cell period and GL Account.
Click on link to view Journal detail.
Use [Options] menu to copy and paste Transaction list into sheet



Stock

Stock Turnover Charts

Selecting CXL figures in the sheet and then selecting "Chart" menu shows CXL Quick Charts
showing the Stock Turnover Sale, Profit, Margin, etc in a chart.
The "Trans" menu shows all stock transactions for the current selected period.
Clicking on the chart columns wil drill down to the transactions in each period.



Age Debt and Forecast Age Debt

Quick Charts can enable you to quickly see the Company Debt, and the ForeCast Payments comming in and out based on Avgerage payment days.

Age Debt and Forecast Debt

Selecting CXL figures in the sheet and then selecting "Chart" menu shows CXL Quick Charts
showing the Debt and the forecast Debt payments in a chart.
The "Trans" menu shows all outstanding transactions for the current selected period.
Clicking on the chart columns wil drill down to the transactions in each period.
