To connect to Xero, Sage Accounting and QuickBooks simply press the add button on the Task Pane of the Consolidated XL add-in:
Select "Home" toolbar, then press [Consolidated XL] button on the toolbar Log in if need be using your Offices 365 credentials Press [Add] to add another company
After connecting the company, it will appear in the Company list, with its "CXL Company Code" allocated by Consolidated XL. Consolidated XL server will then start reading the accounts information and summarising financial movements to the FAST (Financial Accounting Summarization Table) by period and week for optimal reporting performance.
When complete you will receive an e-mail. In the meantime, you can add a second, or third company for processing, and use the 3 demo companies provided for evaluation and training.
