Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The free trial lasts five days and supports up to five companies. Three demo companies are also available for testing while your live company synchronises and outside the evaluation period.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Consultancy and training are available at $100 per hour, or you can follow the free online training course.

What is the performance like?

How long does it take to synchronise data?
The time depends on the size of your company data. Smaller companies should not take long. We will email you when everything is ready, and your data is synchronised every night for the following day.
How much reporting history is retained?
Consolidated XL retains up to five years of reporting history.
How safe is customer data?
Data is stored in Microsoft Azure using encrypted databases and current security safeguards. Your accounting data is stored separately from billing and licence information. Customer and supplier names and addresses are also encrypted, with separate encryption for each data file.
